Step 2 ~ Attend one or more of the planning meetings on 3/11, 4/16, 5/5, and 5/28/08 at 6:30 pm

Step 3 ~ Filled out the checklist for volunteer opportunities for before, during the day of, and after the Care Fair. Download Volunteer Form

Get involved...
	Place Posters in area businesses (coffee shops, book stores, libraries, restaurants...)
	Send or handout postcards to family and friends (available in the RC4 lobby after March 1st.)
	Ask friends, family, employer, local restaurants...to donate items for the Silent Auction. Download Silent Auction Form
	Donate money towards publicity (Donations are tax deductible; write checks to RC4 with "Care Fair donation" in the memo section). Download Donation Letter
	Be an event sponsor. Advertise in this years program. Download Ad Form

	Loan Coolers or Shade Tents for Day of the Event
	Buy t-shirts for yourself and your child(ren).
	Assist with Children's activities. We will need help planning and supervising the day of the event (including crafts and games, to supervise the playground structure, and to organized the children's use of the Jumping Jack).
	Donate items for Bake Sale or volunteer at coffee shop

Step 4 ~ Plan to attend the care Fair and bring friends!
